Keith: After living with my former GF in a Chinese house hold I learned that it is their custom to shower and wash before bedtime. The logic being it is good to go to sleep "clean". Our custom of showering in the morning was met with disgust, when I proposed it. As in "Ewwww... how can you do that?" Interesting.

I am not sure what type of school you will be going to, Probably it will be a private school for foreighners. Most liekly, this type of school will be much easier than the public schools in China.

I'm looking to go to China for my junior year of high school, for about 8 months. Any advice you could give me on what to expect? The wake up time, the amount of classes, and when the classes start are about the same as I have them here in the States... But I'm thinking it must be a lot more rigorous, right?
