I would not use the word aggression but i agree with you.

These are peasant folk dances and here they are played almost like court minuets, much as the playing is great the interpretation is not.

I LOVE the way she ends the last note with a dramatic down stroke. It's like the large sweeping motion of a sword.

Hilary wore that dress when I saw her play the Tchaikovsky in D with the San Francisco Symphony! It's beautiful, just like her playing. :) I play cello, and am learning the transcription of the piece right now. Bravo!
