I am 62, and I recall as a small child about 12 years of age back in 1960 , hearing my father and his friends talking about this experiment. They had been in the Air Force, but had friends in the Navy who had managed to get their hands on the little book called the Philadelphia Story, a small independent book that was published by a guy who interviewed under the vale of cover those living witnesses back in the 1950's,who were willing to go on record. This book was out in the1960's .I read it.

None of it makes any sense until you watch ALL of the interviews & the science behind it. Suffice it to say, Tesla challenged Einstein's theory of relativity & its rejection of the aether for a "fabric" of space/time, which resulted in a less "fluid" model of the universe. Relativity, as Tom Bearden & others argue, is based on a streamlined version of Maxwell's original equations (E=mc2 is an oversimplification). A large mass is not necessary to bend light & time is a field of energy.

Creating a time machine involves more than just power to move through time. You'd have to have control over the exact destination time. The earth would need to be in the exact same position it was when you left, and in the same rotational position, and account for earth's wobble, and account for changes in historic ground height. This means you could only go back to very specific times (if at all). Otherwise, you'd end up reappearing inside the planet or out in space where the planet once was.
