Some parts of this movie is just dull, stupid, and ridiculous. I did like some parts, but overall, I thought it was a sub par movie.

I think people like it cause it's different, and it's slapstick comedy people can relate to. But I dont understand. I barely laughed at some parts cause they were so unnecesary and ridiculous. Not all parts, but some.

Can someone explain to me why people think this movie is so funny?

@dfbhcf i understand you..i mean some parts just looses the focus for some if not many. For me, It gets to the point that it descends too saturated from the storyline. I am not sure if it was the producer who also took a character part..the guy who owns the helicopter business-some parts were just too juvenile but what made the movie was not Will Ferrell, but John C. Reilly.he made it worth watching...
