Most elites combine several shoes into one, the spike plate is almost always Superfly G5 based.

Personally I think Nike is inferior to Mizuno and Asics in track and field shoes.

i am same as you, when you start if naturally fast and had not run much you would be a 13. when i started to sprint like after years of bed eating, my fastest was 13:01, keep running and keeppushing, it will then get easier. its just fat slowing you down, and learning about your legs.
