contrary to your thoughts the wall will not collapse if it is not glued together. We do recommend securing the top course and the caps so when some one does sit on the wall they do not get "pinched" but the wall will not fall over. The raised rings on the top of each block interlock the system together. It would take a lot of force to try and knock it down. However, if there is a true concern, feel free to glue all the blocks together for more stability.
why did you not use masonry glue starting with the fist course? What happens when someone sits on the wall and causes it to collapse? Everything else in this video is ok, except for securing each block.
