Doc Gregg, I am day 4 post op 2 quads. Other quads are scheduled. I had problems with criss-crossed nerves in front. Had other problems with rogue nerves. Felt like I'd been hit in the mouth with a baseball bat when numbing agent wore off. Pain pills are working well.

Hi Vet, Sorry for my delay in responding--just had my first-born son. Your LANAP doc needs to add a few drops of anesthetic at the "midline" to numb the "cross-over" nerves. 800mg Motrin taken BEFORE the procedure is started, and then 4-6 hours later, then one before bed nearly always knocks out the throbbing type pain.
