The main problem with the case is that the Investigators were trying to make Arthur Leigh Allen drive the evidence, not the evidence drive the suspect. Allen was an idiot compared to Zodiac's behavior of an extremely intelligent killer.

Actually, it didn't answer the question. Evidence ruled out Arthur Leigh Allen, and the case was re-opened March 2007.

well if u think about it... he did go to the shop where allen was working and he loooked the Zodiac in the eye just like he said earlier so i believe with that scene and the scene at the end when the boy identifies allen as the killer..... Allen is the killer in the movie

I just saw the earlier version of this movie on TV the other day, it was a little darker, no happy parts, and to short, this one looks like it will be better. according to the last one zodiac was never found and is still believed to be alive, but didn't give you enough information and left you on sort of a cliff hanger, can't wait to see what this one will be like.

I saw a documentary film about this case and found it very interesting. I'm kind of shocked they've made a movie about it, especially since Jake Gyllenhaal is my favorite actor. :) That's a great bonus. I'll definitely be one of the ones at the movie theaters the day/night it opens.

I'm not sure how good this movie will be, it doesn't seem to be shot and directed like a typical David Fincher movie. I suppose I'll go and see it and see if Fincher has lost it or see if he still has that flare in his movies that make him and his movies so awesome.
