@cortizjr2 Dude, it sounds way different from the studio version. I know how to play this song on the guitar, and I can tell you from a simple listen that this is not the studio version. There are tons of differences. The timing at 4:27 is different from the studio version. In fact, he plays an extra note here. Another difference at 4:45 - in the studio version he does an artificial harmonic as he pre-bends and then lets the bend down. Here he plays a different lick entirely
@cortizjr2 What you here is the back tracking for the orchestra and synthesizer because they didn't want to hall in an orchestra. This is really common in a lot of styles of music. The vocals and guitar solo and bass are 100% live. If you have an ear for music at all...you can hear it. :)
I can say 3 things for certain in regards Zakk's solo on this video and it not being a recorded track. Listen to the video at 4:43 to 5:06. There is a clear variation in the chords he is playing in this video from the studio version. He is not extending his pinch harmonics even close to the studio version and his pick tapping is not even close to the tapping on the studio version.
@cortizjr2 man you have the worst hearing you need to have your ears check, the solo was awesome but thats because zakk created it. but no way was that the solo from the album it was at a faster speed and zakk threw in a couple of extra bends. its live bro
@cortizjr2 everythig is 100% live! i don't know why do you think that it couldn't be this good live! i have other videos from this tour in better quality and that's not the same, but almost perfect like this, and 100% live!
i think it's not so unreal that they can play this song, like on the album version, with the same tone and etc...
Such a great tour. My first time seeing Ozzy live after discovering how great he was my senior year in high school. I was at the Sacramento show where they filmed a lot of the Live and Loud video. Ozzy was sober (at least he claimed) and in shape and just put on a flawless show. Glad I caught him during this era (The Sabbath Reunion tour in the mid-90s was great too).
holly shit thanks soooo much for postin this, my fav era ever for ozzy, i no alot will hate me for sayin that haha, randy was unbelivable but this was ozzys best era for attitude and just lookin cool and not just a fat guy in some daft glam costume, both no rest for the wicked and no more tears are awesome albums, made me pick up a guitar
i know what you are saying... i think ozzy sounds the best in 1989 zakk playing great like always Randy Castillo just fucken kick ass. i like everything ozzy has done but i would say this is my fav era as well
Zakk was the best in this era and in No Rest For The Wicked. He started to get boring when he formed up BLS

@cortizjr2 The bass tone is actually totally different from the studio version...much more twangy...and there are extra guitar squeals.
You're wrong, and your ears aren't as good as you claim they are.
