I'm seeing things that I have never seen, although I'm a cook,

but I feel like trying those things you make.

I bet it's as good as it looks.

Thank you for opening my perspective.

And what do you do with the tongue?

ear recipe looks delicious, but am going to try topping with horseradish cheddar in the last 15 min of baking.,

    thanks,

    Dawn-Marie

  • where the hell can u buy that?

  • Nice! A sweet little video to watch before I try to make pozole in Japan.

  • She is cute....you guys are awesome

  • Awesome you guys did a great job on the pozole, but if you don't have a pig's head just use pig neckbones & meat, and beef cut into chuncks. And freshly cooked hominy makes it taste so much better.

  • dude good job with the pig head, awesome. come check out what i did with a pig head

  • lolol...this vid made me hungry

  • @1991mayraedith there was corn in there… well hominy to be precise.

  • @foodtease She's pretty cool. Most girls would have thrown up or panicked at the site of a pig head.

  • OMG!!!! really shit me out!! scary.... but i know they taste great tho! lol

    we are beast as human!

  • you guys are awesome!!!!! i think im gonna buy me a pig head tomorrow. they're like $2 at the super market lol

  • wow!! you guys love mexican food!

  • That ear thing looks really good.

  • Looks YUMMY!!! Do you have a Kosher recipe for this?

  • Your awesome, you eat more weird shit than my chinese grand parents.

  • why not cook this in a crock pot ?

  • Did you clean out the sinus cavities before cooking the soup? Or did you just add all that in there for a little extra "texture" and gooyness? Just curious!

  • Great to see your adventures in cooking that is a lot of fun. We do similar things with my wife and kids. You forgot to add Hominy that is essential for Pozole. :-)

  • Props to you both for keeping it authentic. Curious what the pig head set you back at the butchers?

  • im gonna have nightmares tonight ...i know it

  • whats menudo

  • @J4L1SC0 It's a Mexican Tripe soup, we make it in our video titled "Menudo: Giving Tripe Another Try"

  • you guys are awsome im mexican and i cant cook none of these things you guys are great

  • did you add the hamony?

  • I Loved watching both your videos (Beef Barbaco, and Pig Pozole) You guys are great. Keep it up. Great introduction to mexican favorites.

    Gonzo55

  • hey i like all your videos nice very nice. we eat all that so its nice to see that tou are open to everything keep it up. saludos

  • That looks great! I'm hopin' to snag my dream-girl-foodie to cook pigs head with.

  • I was watching this again, while trying to get a pigs head at the thunder bay country market, and seen the stuff hanging in the back window. What the hell is that?

  • It's beef jerky.

  • We can make pozole with diferent parts of pork, but there's nothing better like the pork head.

  • These people are awesome!

  • What'd you do with the skull?

  • We put it in the garbage.

  • @foodtease you should have kept it

  • @Deathloc45 When we roast a head we keep it and then use the bones to make stock, but if your boiling it for a soup, like we did here, then all the flavour is already out of the bones and into your soup.

  • @foodtease well I meant for display

  • Hey... I see your doing the beef jerky thing again on your windows....must be good stuff

  • How about the brain?

  • After braising for 6 hours the brain would have lost all of it's flavour to the stock, so not worth trying to find a saw and get it out.

  • sorry I missed it..

  • you wasted the tounge?

  • No, we ate the tongue with the rest of the meat. You can see us talking about it a bit at the 2:49 mark in the video.

  • i think every at least here in US uses caned hominy

  • I made pozole the other day, but I used pork butt. You guys are brave!
