Did you clean out the sinus cavities before cooking the soup? Or did you just add all that in there for a little extra "texture" and gooyness? Just curious!

@Deathloc45 When we roast a head we keep it and then use the bones to make stock, but if your boiling it for a soup,like we did here, then all the flavour is already out of the bones and into your soup.

After braising for 6 hours the brain would have lost all of it's flavour to the stock, so not worth trying to find a saw and get it out.
