he wasn't. in the scene, michael was yelling at hunter and ironically a drop of fluid fell on his cheek. if you look closely, he flinches when it falls on his cheek. i thought he was crying too, i had to rewind that part a few times!

no, he really was crying there. the scene was intense and he was just in character and reacting to the lines Hal was giving. they were just laughing at Hal's reaction to Harris' reaction as Hunter, a.k.a. him crying.
