William left well and truly before 2004. He came back for a few episodes mid 2004, when the old station was bombed, and he came back to investigate it blah blah
got to love this clip...it soo gets stuck in your head! And whenever i see a cop wearing those hats, i get the song in my head lol.
Pity that the show didnt last that long. That wasnt the way to revise the careers of those fast forward etc pple..they suck!
