Amen, Dr. Piper. And to add to the illustrations you brought up, another one would be when people look through space....and astronauts that actually get to see earth from the moon....they feel so insignificant....some gets scared.

This is great, it reminds me of how Ravi Zacharias speaks about our need for worship. Or CS Lewis in his paper, The Weight of Glory.  (Piper quotes this paper in his book Desiring God)
