This version was recorded live in Ann Arbor, Mich. ca. 1971 (not 1990 as indicated).

This was released as a follow-up to "Hot Rod Lincoln"...and tanked. Cody was a genuine one-hit wonder...but a genius at concerts. One of the few performers who did better live than on vinyl.

This must be recorded way back in the late 60's or early 70's ,with Steve Davis:"West Virginia Creeper"
The same version appears on the lost in the ozone record.....which is rereleased by mca records.

I'm glad to see this...Comander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen are one of the most forgotten bands from the late sixties through the early eighties.
I enjoyed them in concert -- it was always a good time.
