for a start the vr6 has a near on 50 percent displacement advantage and having been converted to a turbo setup of course it won against a standard probable 180bhp 1.8t now spend the money that has been spent on that vr6 turbo engine and race again the vr6 would be beaten very easily considering a 400 pound chip and a ko3s turbo(£340) see's u at about 260-270bhp

Have you ever driven a mk3 though? They weigh almost half a tonne more. & that 1.8t engine is gorgeous compared with my VR6!
