Electrocution renders it unconscious(or dead). Yes, it's kicking, the nerves in the brain are firing off, but it's not consciously blinking. It's out cold. FDA requires it to be bled within 3 minutes of death, by the time it may have woken up, it's already dead. In most cases.

The animal is unconcious in half a second and has no awareness of it's fate. Then you get the Muslims complaining that it is "totally wrong" .
