John : listening you again, never got tired of this, is like listening to Klaus in person. This time testing a new cans again, a Sony MDR-V6, much better as the Ultrasone HFI-450 tested before.
@juanchow56 Juan Where have you been ? glad to hear that your back and listening again in sunny Orlando ...it is really great news to hear from you made me very happy, if you would care to send me your mail address I will gladly send you a full CD my friend
@Wersiking But you know what John?, the "My Tribute To Klaus Wunderlich" where you played "The Breeze and I - More - I Could Have Danced All Night" , through this one, I discovered you on Youtube.
Been listening again tonight, very very good, i think i might have to buy another Helios, the trouble as you well know they are old and i am no electrician when they dont work..Phoned a friend near Wrexham who is into the organ scene today to ask if he knew you, i love the sound you have achieved and am interested to talk as i said yesterday, i am on facebook would be great to hear from you.Cheers for now John..I only played for the Llay Organ club last month so i was on your doorstep!.
Yeah I Know Ron. Well, I was at The Legion a Week Last Sunday in the lounge with my bro.The Last Time I Played for the organ Cub was about twenty years ago When I was Demoing The Range of Yammi's Wersi There only Pete Armitage left for repairs hes in Halifax I'll trawl Facebook Later...I opted out of the Organ scene for almost the same Twenty years because of the clickiness, and the back biting and it is a bit like going back to junior school but I dont if it's changed or not
Tony Tried to find you There are Thousands with your name, personaly write to me through youtube and leave your email or f/book so i can find you im on facebook but only use it for banter between sis and rellies
Thank You Carsten P, I will definitely definitely be doing more K.W. Pops Medleys. Just to modernise some of his earlier medleys I could never equal him or trying to be him but make a point just what a fantastic organist he was very underated.Glad you liked my effott
Thank You Jan, I was up last night till 2.30 trying to nail the Wunderlich Drawbar Sounds used on the Helios Success!! I think very clever Guy Klaus was This medley would have sounded better If I had not sold my Hammond H..alas never mind.Yes I build up everything from scratch Auto rythms are OK but monotonous and by doing it this way to me it's better. I will be posting some new tunes real soon in more of the style of Rudolf Pache (friend of Klaus) watch out for them comming up thank you Jan
Thank You Juan, just thinking of doing it again a bit faster, and a bit shorter I am so glad you liked it. I am supposed to be going to sample a Hammond H and try to get that classic sound but unsure when it will be
Your WERSI Helios sounds really nice and nice playing.
I am a Klaus Wunderlich fan since childhood. We have a WERSI Cosmos organ, built by my late father not quite the same as a Helios but has that essential WERSI sound. It needs overhauling now.
I saw on you also use a WERSI OX7 expander. Does that allow a different organ sound for upper/lower split, like a real organ. I used to have an M100.
I'm hoping to get a decent used Tyros 2 and/or OX7 when poss.
No comment will say how much you are in Klaus mood, how close you are from the spirit of his records. Wish you could one day publish some videos of rerarrangements of your own based on nowadays tunes. What about it?
Thank You Arthur ! I'm trying that at the moment Shine-We are The People is just one of a few I have just done, as for the videos your On ! as soon as I get a camera maybe I ill get one this xmas when the supermarkets sell em cheap but I do want a Nikon SLR or a Luminex or even better a Hammond H room depending I used to have one my biggest mistake was selling it to get married BAD MOVE I had the organ longer than the marriage lasted..ah the good times
Song Title:
1. Und wenn ein neuer Tag erwacht
2. Du bist anders
3. Der nächste Sonntag kommt bestimmt

Nice to hear you playing K.W. Hammond Pops Series. First time I heard Klaus W.
music was an Lp my older brother had.
And this was the Hammond Pops 6.
Keep up that good old 'Organ' style!

Great job, the drawbarsounds are superb, and also the percussion (OX-7?).
You also used a form of Rhytm-group like KW did ? I think you did a great job, thanks. Best Regards, Jan.
