You gotta be one crafty, brave and crazy individual to go into that building let alone to the top of it! I mean the thing is literally crumbling and endangering those who walk past it. I couldn't imagine how you managed to safely enter and make it to the top and back out of the building without injury. Cool video though.
My god what a beautiful building and a stunning view of inside the ballpark. I've read where some slumlord bought the building a few years ago for less than $300,000 and even in Detroit's hard economy, its hard to believe that the buildign could not be renovated into offices or at least lofts that offer a private view of Tigers games. Could you imagine what this building would be worth if it had that view of Wrigley Field?
