I have received a rate increase on two of Shitibank Credit Cards to 29.99% I call Shitibank and cancelled both cards the same day. I also cancelled my AAdvantage Amex. The rep begged for 20 minutes not to cancel the card, offerred me 3,000 miles on American Airlines or $25.00 gift card. I declined and cancel the card.
