I get it now! Bane grabbed the Titan Formula and in Arkham City (spoiler alert) you join up with bane to destroy all titan formula. Mabye he was actually helping Batman because Batman because batman wanted the formula to end too. Mabye thats why..?

@AlphaKiloFive Scarecrow died when you went into Killer Croc's lair, after the final Scarecrow mission that makes it look like your game is messed up. The final ending, you have to watch all of the credits then it will show up. It is not based on anything you do, just have to watch the final credits. Hope this helps.

I figure the only reason croc attacked scarecrow to begin with was to prevent him. from releasing fear toxin into water supply since croc lives in said water and swimming arouund in it would really fubar crocs day lol

Bane and Killer Croc are already almost as large and powerful as a normal person using the Titan, and Scarecrow's weapon is his gas, not physical strength. When Croc grabs Scarecrow he goes to kill him, Batman stuns Croc with his batterang then Croc drags the Scarecrow under the water. Im guessing that the scarecrow stabbed Croc with his glove and got away.
