we just encountered a little problem with pic 18f2550. we designed the software with

pic basic pro.software works with proteus,but in real world, it does'nt detect the device"Usb device not recognized".we tried several languages including sword fish basic. same error exists, works with proteus and same error with practical app. can you explain whats this?
