Peta is comprised of well to do, out of touch hippies, most of whom come from priveliged backgrounds. If they took have the opportunities they were handed freely at birth and half the energy they waste on crying about people doing what people have done since the dawn of time, eat meat and instead focused that energy on helping people, the world just might be a better place to live!
Given the situation and the time she had to make that speech she did excellent. I don't think anyone could do better than that! It's sad when a corporation is so low as to not even honour her comments and have a little debate. Instead they illegally drag her away behind the scenes.
Hmm... I totally thumbed up the "catch an animal" people. But then I realized that humans traded the ability to do this for the ability to stand upright, and that they evolved tools rather than physical strength.
Still, I think it's stupid to say that humans should eat meat because they're carnivores.
So both arguments are illogical.
Personally, I'm gonna keep vegetarian simply because I don't want to eat meat.
if you are a carnivore i have just one request to you, in nature the carnivores can catch a animal in their own hands and eat it alive, so im saying try to catch a chicken and eat it alive.
@AerodynamicDVD As humans are natural herbivores, most people will need additional tools to catch an animal, such as a gun or saw. Our nails and teeth alone just aren't going to be able to do the trick.
@wesleyism were actually omnivores. and even if we were herbivores all animals made for eating would most likely overpoppulate and they would die of starvation, or dehydration.
