Amazing Boswer and the Mario Bros. don't just cooperate like a normal RPG team. I mean, he did help Mario before in SMRPG, so why not just team up again? XD

He only teamed up with Mario in Superstar Saga so he could get Peach's voice back so he could kidnap her without his castle getting destroyed.

He only wanted to save the universe in Super Paper Mario so he could take it over himself.

He doesn't even know that he and the Mario Brothers are working together in this game.

In short, Bowser only teams up with Mario for his own selfish reasons.

Personally, I'm not very sure about how it could be explained if it ever did happen, aside from Bowser forgetting that he and the Mario Brothers are sworn enemies somehow and a bigger threat showed up.

...Wait, that may not be a bad idea, actually. I could imagine Mario jumping on Bowser's head so hard that he gets amnesia when he's trying to kidnap Princess Peach again, then not too long afterwards the Shroobs return and are once again a threat to the Mushroom Kingdom.

No,they aren't.They eventually get out and then later in the game fight Bowser.Then,Bowser gets locked in a safe while Mario and Luigi are collecting stars,and near the end they get in him again and cooperate.

No they aren't. While you are confined to being within him for a chunk at the beginning, you do get out.

From there, going back into Bowser is required to solve various puzzles, but exiting him is also mandatory

Oh don't worry your not in him for the whole time. Once you complete levels with Bowser there's a pipe inside him that Mario and Luigi can enter that lets them travel in and out of him.

Also the stages inside Bowser are actually a lot of fun, and range from little mini-games to 2-D platforming puzzles. You do go outside, and pretty much visit all the areas Bowser did + access unreachable areas. Didn't play to far, but I really liked all the 2-D platforming

No you're not in Bowser's stomach the whole time. Once you complete an area with Bowser there's a pipe inside him that lets you travel in and out of him so you can replay the levels with Mario and Luigi.

It took has framerate issues outside of battle, especially if your computer's older.

This game cannot be perfectly emulated, so don't bother trying to get it to do so

Not sure, I think it might be windows only.

You can try it, but you'll have to have a pretty good PC to get a decent framerate. Even then, there's still issues that need to be patched on the ROMs, graphical glitches, and of course the very low compatibility list
