@JapaneseAnya Presumably, Keith dies from cancer and the scene where Natalie is packing his locker items into a suitcase is probably after/during graduation from high school. The last scene is her driving off to the truck show in London, Ontario that Keith had always wanted to go to, but obviously didn't get the chance. So it's almost as if she is reliving all of his old habits.

nobody hate me but i think this movie could have been better. the idea was brilliant and the acting was great but there was something wrong with the execution of it all; i dont know maybe it was rushed or maybe im just comparing it too much with a walk to remember...
