  • buena esa pasada

  • theres so many sato videos but he hardly ever won gp's wtf?

  • @kinglynx

It not about wining GP, it all about fun and entertaine to watch of all F1 drivers.

  • sato in 2004 = tsubasa (no 10)

  • Foreshadowing ;)

  • @StealthDefender1 "Allowing them to use DRS in Qualifying is the worst idea the FIA has ever had."

Apart from renewing the Hungarian GP contract for 5 years, that is...

    Worst track ever.

  • @StealthDefender1 From what i've gathered so far in 2011, they can't change the Front Wings on track anymore.

Still doesn't change the fact that they got rid of the F-Duct, the best piece of innovation for years.

Yes, DRS is OK for racing - but an even better benefit would've been achieved by letting them use a button activated F-Duct whenever they want.

Higher wing levels with less drag at Monza, etc.

Allowing them to use DRS in Qualifying is the worst idea the FIA has ever had.

  • To get the maximum amount of overtaking out of F1, you need to have pure rules.

Set the wings before the race, and that's it.

No moving parts, no stupid pointless 40kg KERS systems that cost hundreds of millions to research, design and manufacture, etc.

    AND BRING BACK REFUELLING.

Why would we want to see cars plodding around the track 5 seconds a lap slower than possible?

    With refuelling, it's a race.

With full tanks, it's a danger to the drivers safety, in the event of a fire.

  • @tjbayliss I agree totally, i would add though, far less electrics, and far less buttons on the steering wheel, teams be able to choose any engine they would like to use, but all engines produce a similar power output, much simple aero packages, more like those of the 90's, as thats when i first got my love for formula one and those cars were much simpler and the V10s sounded so good! but today, formula one is more like one giant parade lap. i wish i could of seen the real men race before then!

  • @KERNOWHAM123 They just keep over-complicating everything.

They keep adding new features on top of other features, making it so complicated the drivers are basically playing with the steering wheel the entire race instead of driving.

Should just be a driver, and a static setup for the whole race.

Wanna change wings? Then take a pit stop.

Seems utterly stupid letting them adjust the Front/Rear Wings in-car.

Need pure rules, bodywork, an engine, a steering wheel, and a driver :P

  • Probably the best Japanese driver there has been in F1, until Kamui came along.

Kamui Kobayashi is the new Sato :)

  • No one brakes later than Sato haha.

  • @nickJod1234 kobayashi does ;)

  • @itsinthegameAI That's true :)

  • does anyone know where i could find the whole race?

  • bravo, indeed. he made that look easy

  • David: My life... or a podium... fuck it I'm not risking my life for this here Sato.

  • I don't see takuma as being as good as, say, Alonso or Hamilton, but he sure is ballsy. He was great fun to watch.

  • When you have Sato on the inside you don't even try to defend, you just do what you can to save your car. ;)

  • i'm very disappointed that he crash so many time in Indy IZOD this year...I Thought that after years in SuperAguri he has build up his mind, but seems he forget everything and start to crash everyrace again.. :( What a mess ,Sato..He can be a first driver, even better than Kobayashi...Is a shame..

  • kobayshi is my new favorite driver anywone see wat he did to schumacher

  • dis ist nicht gud

  • Like this if you think Sato should return to F1

  • @airisnotfree Sorry, he's not coming back. He stuck behind Danica Patrick. ALL eyes are on Kamui Kobayashi!

  • Sato is one of the best non-winning driver...

Hope he comes back and win!

  • SaTo Is real good driver

  • hope one of the new teams will hire Sato or a better team, cause Sato rocks

  • @raikko2007 I don't think Suzuki, only taku and kamui

  • i think Sato and Kobayashi are the best japanese drivers in f1 history.

Maybe Suzuki too, but i don't know....

  • Nothing new about DC being overtaken, but Sato not crashing... thats new.

  • @fresky74 why u being so meen bitch

  • Isn't it true that DC is not the best in the world and always got beat by his team mate, and also Sato's crash/retirement record is quite high? is that being mean by stating the truth?

  • @fresky74 at least his in f1 and get paid high plus they are pro athelte so u must respect

  • best driver from japan.

  • If it was my money at Renault F1... I'd take on Sato instead of Petrov. Goes without saying if I wanted results. But Petrov has Russian ad money.

  • Oh how much i miss the BAR days.

  • Man, that is some extremely late braking. Good work, Takuma. :)

  • Look at how stable the car is compared to today-and thats a low downforce track!

  • traction control

  • @The4ourthHokage You spelled talentless, boring circuit wrong.

  • very good overtake takuma.

  • wtf... game??

I wanna buy this one! Soooooo real haha

  • BRING BACK THE V10 !!

  • Bring back F1

  • Or at least V8-Turbos, with KERS. Make it so that if you don't have KERS, you get a weight penalty; but don't limit the KERS other than by volume. Then have a push-to-pass thing with the turbos, and be able to turn down the boost for different stratagies. That way, racing is better & its easy to transition the technology to road cars... don't know why I'm saying this here. No one will read this. )=

  • Nothing is better than V10s and F1 will never be the same again. Two V10s that are overtaking each other in front of your very eyes are absolutely orgasmic experience

  • @ToroQ3000 So what you want is Champcar? I don't think those economy races were that exciting.

  • @hadabenz on 2013 will come a 4 cylinder 1,6 litre engine!! thats so stupid.

  • @agaz12 I know, it is definitely a big disappointment.

  • @agaz12 Aren't they going to be turbocharged though?

  • @PootleMoonpig yeah they are going to be turbocharged but i think they sound will be terrible

  • @PootleMoonpig Yes, they will have turbos in 2013.

But the teams are contesting the proposed 2013 rules, because of how shit they are.

The FIA are a bunch of idiots - they claim to want to cut costs - then bring in KERS.

They claim to want to improve overtaking - then take away refuelling.

They claim to want better safety - but make the cars run around with enough fuel in the tank to turn them into portable bombs on wheels.

Get rid of KERS, the movable wings, and bring back F1.

  • @tjbayliss amen brother

  • @agaz12 hmm, wasent it turbocharged i6 around 2,4l?

  • @hadabenz Better get used to v6 turbos..

  • @hadabenz bad news.. F1 will make supercharged V6´s in 2013 :(

  • @BurnoutRacer2009 Yes it is bad news but let me correct you there, it is actually 1.6 Litre V6 Turbocharged. Cheers

  • @hadabenz Even better news. they are delayed until 2014, so a couple more years of the V8s :D

also. the rev limits have been upped to 15'000 rather than 12'000 :D :D

  • @hadabenz bring back V12's =(

  • @hadabenz in 2013 their going back to Twin Turbo V6's

  • @wwefan12431 They aren't, they are going for 2.0L Inline 4 engines

  • @cococly 2 litre V6 turbos in 2014...

  • Coultard was not so good...

if u are talkin abt kimi's mclaren that would be true

kimi got pole position at Budapest with 1 pit stop strategy while all the other where on two...amzing kimi, but since he won the WC he doesnt care anymore, bad step for an amazing driver!!!

  • nah it was just that mclaren was clearly fastest in 05 and what you mean he doesnt care anymore did you actually watch spa 08 :P? and this year he really seemed to try in hungary too

  • This is the best season of the Honda. 2009 would be the best, but executives dropped chance at all!

    Anyway I love V10 sound.

  • this was still BAR ..honda started as own team in 2006

  • It isn't Honda though. Ross Brawn bought them and now the team uses Mercedes engines, Honda has absolutely nothing to do with Brawn GP. Just like Jaguar does nothing in F1 since Red Bull bought them. It's all just history.

  • Apart from Honda paid for this season for Brawn.

It worked out cheaper than paying off all the staff.

  • @ROONTANG Except that the Brawn car was MADE by Honda, and then they "just" fitted the engine. And the Brawn employees were from Honda. Except that Honda had nothing to do with Brawn GP.

  • didnt talk about reliability, just pure power.. why leave do ppl give me minus for that comment? jeez comon

  • the honda engine wasnt as good as mercedes unfortunetly..

  • nice one. great commentaries^^

  • このときの琢磨は2秒も速いクルサードを2周も抑えたんだよな。頑張った。

  • shutup sato overtook alonso fair and square

  • Comment removed

  • Nop... and look at the number 10...

  • ok .

  • Nice Overtake

  • 2004 was his best year after 2007, hope he can top it with Toro Rosso in 2009

  • sato owns evryone hes done eyebrow man now dc

  • looks like DC turned in too early on the last turn.

  • daring guy. remember when he had a slipstream on alonso last year? that was awesome

  • wow go Sato!!!

  • TAKUMAAAA!!!

  • BANZAI SATO! hope he will get a drive... he makes F1 unpredictable and fun! lol

  • good pass

  • that was a nice ass pass!!!!!!!!

  • Lucky because he not faster DC. DC can't close the door I don't now why?!

  • this was when sato got his podium

  • correct ;)

  • im surprised the mclaren was so much faster down the banking, even when Sato pulled out of the slipstream he couldnt get by but the BAR was far superior and it was easy for him to outbrake DC

  • Good that Coulthard was gentleman enough to know Sato had him and gave him space, unlike Monteiro.

  • I would give you one million thumbs up for that one if I could! Best call ever.

  • Clean playing -

  • that was a huge outbreak.

  • Fantastic race for Sato!

  • It's not all about engines, and Sato always did it bad

  • wouldn't have expected coulthard to have the quicker car! Maybe Honda's engines weren't as powerful as the rumours suggested

  • excelent Kamikaze

  • nice!
