I don't understand either. Her voice sounds so shaky and she can't even control some notes. She sings good but not very good.

@Jyn53 not only her voice has no specific charm, but also that she lacks basic techniques you need to become a singer. I do not know how long she has spent as her years of "pre-debuter" (연습생), but she definitely came out too soon, as is with the case with countless idols (and no, i'm not about to name hundreds of them). She ought to take the title of entertainer, not a singer. A singer is someone who sings, not just lip-syncs and has a pretty face.

heard that Jiyeon actually wanted to do her debut as an actress but due to circumstances she did her debut as one of the T-ara members and is the main visual. as a korean i can tell if she sings well or not. I don't consider her to be a bad singer since she can sing but I don't think I can consider her as a good singer either because she tends to sound a bit nervous in the lyrics and the rhythm is a bit off and she can't sing high notes. nevertheless good video :)

Ok, I love Jiyeon and she's adorable and a good actor. She CAN sing though (why do you think she got in an idol group? I'd say T-ara is actually a group that can sing, no offense to anybody).

Her voice is meant for more lower and slow songs (Rolling and Little by Little anyone?). Everybody has weaknesses and strengths. She can sing, her voice just doesn't projectile like the rest of T-ara's. It SOUNDS like she can't, but she can. and she's good
