This was quite a long time ago, and you might have figured this out by now, but theres a metronome in most DJ software (i.e. traktor) somewhere, that plays only through your headphones, not out the master output so that can help you count :)
another thing... not trying to sound rude. but why would you lay the chords down first and not the beat? it would of been a lot easier to time by ear then. or it would of gave you the opportunity to do something different and creative with out sounding off time.
@fadedsmile i agree, i messed up, but like i mentioned in my description, i haven't been doing this for long...and that's how one gets better right? learning from one's mistakes. But when It comes to it, I really appreciate honest criticism, i can't just think i'm the Sh** and take the bad with the good. I'm not one of those people that just uploads "the best stuff" then I would never upload anything!

I bought an SCS.3D when they first came out and it has gathered dust ... the early MIDI mapping for Traktor 3 was great but when Pro came out they didn't have a working mapping for OSX for a long time, and I kind of gave up on it. This video is going to make me pull that sucker back out; great job!

Fortunately for me these were working right out the box when i bought them last December. my only complaint is that the USB cables pick up a lot of interference when they are near my amp, I'll probably end up buying higher end usb cables. I'll be happy to help out in any way i can hopefully you can post a vid using them.
@mikelcal its possible that you are picking up interference from a computer charger or some other line. Just thought I would put that out there maybe help you out...
