basically the guy filming apparently is polish thats what the driver said, i think. the cop was asking how much the driver was charging and he told him he should be ashamed for charging too much then he told the polish guy "koone laghet" and "koskhol" which was funny in persian, implying that he is crazy doing that (riding a bike taxi)
