You have to know about the history of the knoble families and the links between them and ichigo from his past life

It's not a swastika. It was originally an indian symbol meaning "thousand gods" and it was slowly adjusted to Chinese, which was stolen and adapted for Japanese, and famously flipped and used as the "swastika" by Hitler with Nazism.
