I have some Mac lipstick and blush in the same colors you use...I LOVE the bold eyes...if we are still ALIVE we can wear the bold looks!! Who says we have to look "mousey"??? This winter has been somewhat merciful, although I don't want to say that too loudly ... haha. I have been "keeping tabs" on you, but I have not been too chatty much of the time- the doctore just told me about a month ago that I have breast cancer so I've been very busy trying to get started managing this whole predicament, Amy. @kipoppenhuis thank you.. We can all use colors, and not let the society we live in, affect us and tell us you can't do this or that.. if you like it and it makes you happy, you do it. Colors affect your everyday life and I am so glad you are past others judgement and you wear the colors you like.
I am going to be 45 and can't wear heavy eye colours because of my eye shape - deep set. So I bought some Micabella loose glittery shadows at the mall (they last a long long time plus are very cost effective) and they seem to reflect light, then you can dab some also over the lip gloss which works as well. I can't even wear eyeliner because it makes my eyes look sunken :( but I just accept that I have had to adjust my makeup choices. This is a nice look on you though.

@MakeupbyTrish The first lip color I had on, i had to remove it and use a softer shade.. which matched with the eyes. I used 'salmon' by Bobbi Brown.
