I flew United for the first time in June, 2009. I didn't see the problem. The counter agents are beyond helpful; they're outright suffocating. If I had problems with the kiosks, I'd have two of them jumping on me at once. I'll fly them again in about nine weeks.

Beware:

If you get discriminated against and assaulted by crew members because you are disabled traveling with a small service dog on United Air Lines and others flying Internationally. The Toronto convention applies and you have no legal recourse unless you were actually physically injured. In other words, airlines have carte blanche to assault and discriminate on International flights regardless of American Law..

And I flew United two weeks ago, by the way. I had a great time. All my flights were on time, except the flight getting home, which landed 25 minutes early. The employees were very friendly and social, the (connecting) airport was clean and peaceful, and it was an all-around wonderful experience. If a few of United's passengers are unhappy, that doesn't mean that United is a bad airline, does it? You can never make everyone happy.

Every time somebody mentions that UA has lousy "service", jetsbluenw can only say, "asshole" and spend the next hour hitting "thumbs down" on their posts. I think that speaks well for jetblue's "taste" in airlines, not to mention his/her ability to formulate cogent arguments to support his/her/its contentious contentions.

I Flew fron San Diego to Chicago and from San Francisco to San Diego, and it was really good, the service, and everything. From San Francisco to San Diego the pilot was a woman. :)

Great video. Seems like quite a bit of people aren't very happy with UAL. I've never had a bad experience with United, and I've flown into Denver and Chicago with some delayed flights. Great employees, great service, great airline.

UAL was good to me. I've flown on other airlines, and those airlines were crappy. Especially Piedmont(which merged into US Airways)

I love UAL. This is the only airline I fly or that is in star alliance. I flew china airlines couple of times. (I was on the China Airlines That Blew Up) but not on the same flight. Depending on the maker of the model like PMDG over Posky the posky you will get better frame rates from it could also be that you are running on a low end computer like 512MB ram and a 64mb Graphics card (or Vista)

Great job. Good music, good editing. The only thing I would suggest is using camera angles that are more unique. Try moving your tower around to different places or using a fscamera.
