great song and performence, saw Eddi and the lads in Troon last night.... Brilliant ! fantastic vocals and a great band.highlights...dragonflies,wild mountain side and willie stewart.Eddi sings amazingly well (we all know)but also has great banter/patter the Mauchline Bellies etc, and her tales of Gllasgow house parties match Connellys even!! Born in Glasgow and brought up on the Ayrshire coast....a potent combination, could only end up pure class.
I had the pleasure of seeing the amazing Eddi in the National Concert Hall in Dublin last night . Absolutely captivating , such a singer and so beautiful ! Reminds of a dear friend that I lost through my own stupidity . So a tinge of regret .
