The tires are 37's I had the edge and I actually liked it a lot better than the Quadzilla. It seemed like it gave the truck better acceleration than the Quad.

The "DPF" means diesel particulate filter it filters out the black smoke. When you remove the filter your truck can blow black smoke, but you have to get the right pipe and programmer so the truck won't throw any trouble codes.

@itsmecodyp Yes and no. You should never see any visable smoke if the dpf is working correctly. Any visible smoke means it isn't working. BUt it won't cause any driveabiity concerns, unless the engine light comes on and the truck de-tunes itself.

The EPA can do some good stuff, but come on, a diesel particle filter for '07s and 08's. What genius thought of the idea to restrict the breathing of a diesel engine or any kind of engine. You know, gasoline engines do more harm to the environment than diesel engines. Diesel exhaust drops to the ground, as opposed to gasoline exhaust rises into the ozone layer. What the EPA should do is make some kind of fuel that would break down in the environment rather than clogging up engines. Biod?
