I even loaded it again 3 times & did the mission again but still nothing. It only shows if I do the mission to 86% I don't know why but what does this mean? Ok, just got it. A good tip for beating cop cars approaching you from the side as you come off the bridge: your car goes much faster if you push the left stick forward while accelerating. Compensate the camera angle with the right stick.

This mission pisses me off. How in the hell did you get it so no cops were meeting you head-on when you re-entered Algonquin? I always have at least one police car meeting me head-on, and one on either the right or left side road, or both. It makes the time objectives impossible.
