I needed this! I tried the other night to do the stiff legged dead lifts. I used a 20 lbs bar with weights. I did feel it. I hope to see results. How many reps or sets...LOLOLOLOLOL YES you are funny and cute you make me smile and yes it helped. I will try not to let the people get to me, it is the owner mainly that took over, he walks around the place very vain and obnoxious...(oh the kind of machines we had were like yours, loved them) I like what you said about not giving my power.
