i know ppl are giving alot of tips so heres mine, keep your chest up and before u take off make sure u throw your arms all the way up youll get more momentum. Punch hard and tuck tighter
take a smaller jump into it, just run as fast as you can take a small jump and place your feet in front of you with your chest up and it'll be a lot easier. if you do it right. its kinda hard to explain without actually showing you
when you tuck, grab ur lower shins instead of ur knees, u curl more into a ball and spin way faster. seeing as u cant get enough height the way ur tucking now do my method ull see itll work. good luck brah

try pushing your knees all the way to your chest, also, you don't need to jump front so far back, or even jump at all, i used to jump like that when i did it, try instead of jumping just studder steppig before you flip and push straight off the ground when you do it, by jumping, then flipping your lose a lot of your momentum, and are less about to get enough height to flip, the not jumping before the flip technique can vastly improve your flips

During the slow motion part, notice how far you jump before blocking. Don't do that, try making it more agressive, other than that its nice. Work on it!

You're not doing the long jump your doing a front tuck, remember, smaller initial jump, and then concentrate on jumping up more to get more height.
