  • You're not doing the long jump your doing a front tuck, remember, smaller initial jump, and then concentrate on jumping up more to get more height.

  • your taking giant leaps forward, you need to block. A Powerful jump with your legs infront of you. It will help

  • try pushing your knees all the way to your chest, also, you don't need to jump front so far back, or even jump at all, i used to jump like that when i did it, try instead of jumping just studder steppig before you flip and push straight off the ground when you do it, by jumping, then flipping your lose a lot of your momentum, and are less about to get enough height to flip, the not jumping before the flip technique can vastly improve your flips

  • Good luck, but thats spring floor, it's entirely different to outside. Work on your prep jump. It's taking away all your vertical momentum.

  • spring floor. do it on grass with a matt on it. same thing. spring floor gives you confidence, and sucks out your power.

    So, if its on the ground, it's not false. And it could also mean he flipped on the ground twice. It's exactly the same thing. No where does it say he landed it.
