I'll say just this, bought it, played it, sold it to get COLLECTOR'S EDITION!!! One of my all time FAV! Too bad NT don't care for a sequel just yet :(((. I even forgave the frame issue on PS3. The story and characters are awsome!!!

Great game to play if you can get pass the weak combat, handicapped platforming, and how glitchy it can get at times. I got and beat this game in the same day. It's a good game, but there are some valid complaints. It is fairly repetitive as far as combat and skill orb collection goes, the story's comparably short, and there's little replayability considering that the customization is also fairly shallow. Character interaction is the best thing about this game, but the character designs themselves are mostly unappealing.
It was a worthwhile 8 hours of gameplay, but I've no reason to pick it up again.
This game is phenomenal... Yes it is true that the controls are a bit sluggish... But you quickly get use to it and you hardly notice it... I have played this game a lot and never experienced any of the glitches mentioned in this review... @ICANHAZHEADSHOT In fact Modern Warfare was new, World at War had multiple new game modes and took you back to WWII. MW2 continued the story and Spec Ops was a brilliant challenge and Multiplayer was as great as ever Black Ops took you into the 60's with a brilliantly action packed story Zombies is amazing and well, multiplayer with new modes, MW3 has the best story so far and Survival surpasses Zombies in so many ways Multiplayer is still a blast and Spec Ops is as good as it's ever been.
While the game wont come to be my ABSOLUTE favorite, it is still a great and hellova fantastic game! Varietad and good. Not a fan of Prince of Persia, so this is real good!

After watching this review, a few sequences reminded me of Uncharted 2, especially the wall climbing, and crumbling structures. I may pick this one up to try it, especially since it's just like $15 for a pre-played copy.

its ironic that most of the titles that arent advertised constantly are the ones that are actually good. Unlike CoD when they could actually use that money to make the game better instead of booking advertisement times on anything with a digital screen.
Just beat it, and might I say, great story and great ending. The thing that Enslaved did that games NEED to learn to do, is keep the writers involved in the development, this is why games in stories stumble all the time. BioShock, LA Noire, GTAIV, Oblivion, just to name a few. While it's not the greatest game due to flaws in graphics optimization and combat, it's definitely a great game to pick up. :)

Excellent game. Just played through it, disappointing that it didn't sell as well as Namco thought it would. Would DEFINATELY recommend it for people, who, like me, enjoy STORY in their games as oppossed to "Shoot. Kill. Online." My brother and sister teased me for playing this game for thinking it looked childish but damn it looks gorgeous the plush vegetation, varied gameplay, and the story for me gets a 9/10; only problem I had was the ending. Get this game man! :)

i 'm playing enslaved at the moment and can say that it is one of the best action-adventures. It's like a colorful mixture of prince of persia, beyond good and evil, zelda and a little bit of uncharted! It's simply great!

When a game comes for both consoles Xbox/Ps3.
The Graphics are the same, but when its a Ps3 Exclusive its so damn awesome.
A good example is Heavenly Sword wich is one of the first Ps3 titles and looks way better than Enslaved that was made from the same team.
Not to mention that the blu-ray allows more gameplay or another game in the same disc.

its ironic that most of the titles that arent advertised constantly are the ones that are actually good. Unlike CoD when they could actually use that money to make the game better instead of booking advertisement times on anything with a digital screen.

Just beat it, and might I say, great story and great ending. The thing that Enslaved did that games NEED to learn to do, is keep the writers involved in the development, this is why games in stories stumble all the time. BioShock, LA Noire, GTAIV, Oblivion, just to name a few. While it's not the greatest game due to flaws in graphics optimization and combat, it's definitely a great game to pick up. :)

Excellent game. Just played through it, disappointing that it didn't sell as well as Namco thought it would. Would DEFINATELY recommend it for people, who, like me, enjoy STORY in their games as oppossed to "Shoot. Kill. Online." My brother and sister teased me for playing this game for thinking it looked childish but damn it looks gorgeous the plush vegetation, varied gameplay, and the story for me gets a 9/10; only problem I had was the ending. Get this game man! :)

Anyway, the best part about this game is the jump mechanics. Making it impossible for you to jump to your death no matter what=awesome, that's the worst part about all other climb heavy games, dying because of the terrible controls.

I was watching someone playing this game and for some reason the movement and bright colorful environment reminded me of the Jak and Daxter series.

I played this demo on a whim and ~absolutely loved~ it. The gameplay is "simple," both for the platforming and the combat, but for some reason it never stops being exciting or fun. I'd love to get this.
Also, @Wrestlingmusicfan911, I would recommend watching a video review of Dead Space, since you mentioned that. (I've not played Alan Wake, but I ~loved~ Dead Space. And I expected to hate it, because I thought it looked boring.)

i 'm playing enslaved at the moment and can say that it is one of the best action-adventures. It's like a colorful mixture of prince of persia, beyond good and evil, zelda and a little bit of uncharted! It's simply great!
