Beware the Hippocrotes Health Centre does not recommend using rejuvelac any more. In their book, The Hippocrates Health Program, they state "Rejuvelac, once a major part of the Hippocrates diet, has been eliminated due to research showing that it encouraged the growth of unfriendly bacteria, which negated the effects of good bacteria. Mounting complaints of discomfort prompted us to delete this fermented drink from our diet" They recommend, use distilled water instead of rejuvelec.
Yes, there is usually no problems with allergies when eating raw foods in appropriate amounts. And make sure that it's organic too! Then there should be no troubles.
Don't hold me to this but I believe that gluten is only extracted in the cooking process. You're not cooking any of these grains so it is therefore gluten free. Contact Hippocrates institute to verify this.

@motoxbuddy Yes, but her very small book inspired me to go raw for the first time in my life!
And her raw food diet is really all you need to begin with, no superfoods, or superherbs.
Wheatgrass is a superfood though, which is something she is recommending for all kinds of use.
