I'm not sure, they haven't said anything about that. But they show S.A.S. and American forces so I'm pretty sure you'll play as both at one point or another like the other game.

You can see both US patches and UK patches. I don't know if you play as a combined group of US and UK soldiers or not. In the article they said you play as a someone from Task Force 141. It could be a task force with both SAS and Delta guys. Delta are considered to be comparable to the SAS. It shows them using MH-6 "little birds" and the SDV, one is used by Delta and the other is used by SEALS. Maybe the task force has access to any equipment they need.
