Is there a reason why you use your momentum in the bottom of the movement? Or is that just your way of doing the exercise?

Often times i find myself laughing when i watch Steves videos. Hes just so damn relaxed and nonchalant as he demonstrates insane levels of strength.
EEEhhh ill just demonstrate a 200 pound DGU. He does it without getting winded. Hes so professional its comical.

I tried this move today and it was surprisingly a bit easy for me, in someways easier than the regular Turkish get-up.
