@realjuvelive You can get many programs free, but not legal. Its unlikely you'd be caught, but its illegal. Why don't you buy OEM instead - not expensive. A lot of people say OEM = illegal unless you buy the program for new build machine or selling a computer. But that's not right. That's 1 big reason OEM software is made & sold. OEM = by the letter of the law, it can be legally sold by post if some hardware is included. And technically, OEM can be legally sold by download if a co selling it >

When people say OEM = illegal, they proby. mean they feel it's against a spirit of trade. Maybe yes, maybe no, but it's legal, cheap, & up to you. I think if your income is below average, why not make use of this legal way, otherwise I think you should support the hard work of software developers: buy retail copies.

The only way to make it widescreen is by cropping the video. I can't remember how to do it in this application though, so I can't explain how to go about that (or even if you can).

Hi, ive just bought this software, i have a problem. Each time i cut my video so i can edit bits that i want to keep, the sound becomes distorted and as if its been slowed down x10. is there any way i can fix the sound so it doesnt distort when i cut videos? thanks 4 any help you can give.

Nah, a boycot wouldn't be big enough. It's not actually YouTube's fault, it's Warner Music Group. Apparently they're in talks with YouTube again so hopefully they'll allow us to upload music under WMG again.

Hey dude. I use ulead to capture my ps3, and I have tried everything. Capturing it in wmv makes my vids very bad quality, and MPEG,DVD etc makes it lagg and sometimes makes it black and white.

To get Ulead to output 16x9 onto DVD, which I think that's what you said you couldn't figure out, you have to change the project settings to Mpeg-2 and then select your cameras native resoloution, or close to it. When you render to DVD the video displays properly on your HDTV. I don't have the app to do a video reply, but I think you can figure it and do one for us.
