Looks like it is offsetting a frame and making this other video the other eye. doesn't work if the motion is in conflicting direction like the red bus @2:44 and many others. Nothing to see here.

Hi - it's simply called "3D Video Converter". If you search the terms on Google you should find it - its something like 'convert-to-3d'. Cheers
