MasterReturns: the newest(?) update or at least one of the recent ones to this phone included improvements to video recording as well. Now audio quality is better from AMR 8000hz to AAC 16000Hz and the fps is more stable. But its not 30fps, more like 22-24fps.

how do you convert the videos it record from mp4 to other formats, for example, .wmv so I can edit it with Windows Movie Maker?

Yes, the audio is terrible, but the upcoming update should fix it (crappy AMR codec -> AAC codec, and more bandwidth to it too)
And 6Kill you are right: the wind was blowing at the time of shooting (location on sea shore).
