Itachi was along with Nagato and the Kyuubi the strongest character, but i think itach could've beaten Nagato but the Kyuubi should've been realyl hard unless he used his sharingan on the Kyuubi to control it. Don't hate on me if ur a Nagato or Kyuubi fanboy/girl.
