Pain Vs Itachi. I think pain would win because of the fact he has the rinnegan. The rinnegan is undisbutably the most powerful ocular jutsu. From low to high here is how it goes...

Fully matured Sharingan,mangekyo sharingan,eternal mangekyo sharingan, then the rinnegan. Im not up to the fight between Reserected Nagato and Itachi with naruto and bee. Jiraiya alone could take out the left side. And don't say no because Jiraiya could not beat pain. He fought pain in his own territory, wiithout any knowledge whatsoever, still managed to kill three of them despite the fact they were resurrected, and even after he could equally fight six of them one handed. The reason he died was because he decided to find the truth which he eventually did. But this truth basically saved Konoha from being 100% wiped out. Sorry, I just love Jiraiya so much.

@strongtheory jaraiya is my fav character actually but he def couldnt do that lol. he couldnt have beatn pain even had he known the truth from hte begiining. Pain has an understanding of every jutsu and controls the god realm. Yahikos body contains most of the power of the 6 and jaraiya couldnt even get to that. And jaraiya didnt lose any combat efficiany bc he was tryn to learn the truth and fighting pain in his own turf didnt really give pain much an edge lol

He knows pain pretty well considering that he went through a ninja war. Experience is a huuuuuuggggeeee factor in fighting. Knowledge of who you are fighting is half the battle. The ability to fight and having enough experience is the other half. In this case, Jiraiya didn't have the knowledge.

THat part of the series was seen as the part naruto surpased jaraiya, Even once jaraiya knew peins abilities he was unharmed but was still defeated. Kakashi also knowing peins abilities couldnt beat him, thus naruto was shown to have surpassed kakashi and jaraiya in a sense

Sorry but deva path didnt have his abality in the fight and he already destroyed Konoha before he started fighting naruto so that took a lot of strain on nagato also. Though Naruto is indeed very strong, no1 can defeat a rinnegan wearer. Because its the ultimate technique possessed by the sage of six paths :)

@tdn1991 As stated when sauske fought itachi, the sharingan (or rinnegan in this case) is like tool, the user's ability determines if it is strong or not. Though Nagato was strong and had access to the 6 paths (himself as the 7th pain), it does not automatically make him invincible or others weak.

@gameavenger123 I understand your point, but pain didnt loose because he ran out of chakra, he got outsmarted towards the end, weather he had chakra or not, he couldnt activate his jutsu in time regardless, and as for the intel on pain, it works both ways, the akatsuki had intel on naruto as well, with all that said, i still dont think naruto could defeat pain, but pain did say "No one has ever pushed pain this far", So we gotta give naruto some cred.
