Virginia Tech lost to both LSU (big loss), who was number 1 at the time. They also lost in the last seconds of the game to Boston College who was ranked pretty high at the time.

UK hasn't won anything yet. They may have done well against Auburn who leads the BCS but Auburn still beat them. That's what matters at the end of the day.
