Really enjoyable. Young people singing and enjoying themselves. A lot of practice must`ve gone into this performance, cos it was class. hats off to the pianist too. If you`re touring the UK please come to Cardiff.

Its understandable that this was done over a six week period....but a great sound could have been produced. i was in GMEA Georgia All State choir and we sang this song. We have a maximum of 4 days with our conductor to work on uniform vowels and achieved them better than this. Although you guys sound great a little more expression or feeling behind the words would be a great plus. Also and this is just a conductors not the tempo should have been picked up because at times it seemed dragging. :)

you have to take into consideration this is a summer camp, the kids don't have to be musically inclined whereas GMEA (I am assuming that it's the same as SCMEA here on Long Island) is the best of the best in the schools throughout the county or state in which you live, which means you are trained to have either an ear for music or a love/interest in music since the 4th grade.

i agree with angelbaby, your vowels could use a lot of work. they need to be way darker. also, try to envision a large italian man singing opera when you sing this and try to emulate his sound and expression. it adds a lot of flavor to the song and makes it funner to sing and also watch.

These kids are only together for six weeks, an hour a day - it's a summer camp. Otherwise, I am sure they would be a lot more disciplined if it were a full year course.

Very good. Uniform vowels are excellent, but the vowel shapes could use some work. Very good performance, though. Excellent high notes, good balance. Very impressed.
