Beautiful video. I love what you have said. I practice a few ways to alter and shift my consciousness, such as dance, meditation, breathing exercises and such. I do lots of spirit dance. Also sex magic is an amazing way to connect to the divine. The moment of orgasm holds very powerful energy which can be used for spellwork and has quick results, though I have heard a lot of warnings from people who worked with that energy. It's really powerful and I make sure i use it with care. Awesome Video!

Very interesting thoughts on all of this. I'm interested in hearing what you think about the use of drugs to reach higher states of consciousness, because I know it is a part of the history of witchcraft, shammanism, etc.

Some people think that eating all raw veggies and/or only fruit can lead to altered consciousness and raised enlightenment...I have been a vegan but not all raw so can't say if it's true but...Drumming and and Breath work really work for me..pain no way I've had chronic pain and have tattoos...all I could think of the pain...not conducive for me anyway...cool book I'll have to get it..I have his book The Mystical Foundation touches every subject you can think of just not in great depth

I went 100% raw once & it was was way too stimulating for my system- I felt over-charged to an uncomfortable degree & was soooo skinny, which, being a naturally thin person, was NOT a good look on me! LOL. I guess now I consider myself "high raw"- I eat about 60, occasionally 80% raw. Seems to work for me.

There's a regular drum circle in a park I go hiking at here & it always sounds so cool- I'll have to sit in on it one of these days.

ChangingTimesMedia maybe...I watch alot of things you watch like 1MoonMother ect. I just usually stay quiet not a big talker for the most part I love to listen and learn ! I was going to ask if you were a rawest because you are so vibrant and high energy...I tried but couldn't do it for long....I love eggs!

I love eggs too! I eat them just about every morning & my body was thrilled to have them back after going 100% raw. I make them sunny side up in coconut oil on low heat with curry on top. Delish!!!

And- Jacquie Dubois is the best! She's so entertaining & a total free spirit :O)
