At 1:13 to 1:14, the officer on the right takes something out of the homeless guys hand. Supposedly, he had punched one of the officer and ripped out his badge and taken a pen, unknown if it was for use as a weapon. From 3:00 to 3:03 the officer on the right is missing his badge. It's easy for anyone to Monday morning quarterback the incident, espicially when the begning of the incident was not recorded. The homeless guy was resisting the whole time and not complying, look at his actions.

The issue is not whether they should have subdued him with a gun or pepperspray or barehands.. the issue is this cop (who is in a position of power) and he completely abuses his power. Even if the homeless guy was violent, the cop doesn't get to retaliate. His actions should be to a higher standard than the bum's! Give him a harsh punishment, like criminal assault charges!
