It's easy. Zune software will detect videos and pictures (in most common formats, anyway) in your My Video and My Pictures folders. You can then drag and drop them to your Zune player icon, and they will sync.

The green ones are harder to get, and in fact are not offered in Canada at all. I believe they've stopped producing the green flash Zunes.

Depends on your conversion settings. Mine are about 300MB per movie. So, 1.5GB or so for five movies.
